Rob Lowe rose to fame as apart of the Brat Pack in the ’80s. He had notable roles in films like Class, St. Elmo’s Fire, and The Outsiders. He has been active in real estate investing, and this house above is his former Montecito residence that’s currently on the market with a $42.5 million price tag.
Some of the selling points of the place are the swimming pool, tennis court, koi pond, and home theater. He initially listed it for $47 million, but he had no luck in finding a buyer. Lowe continues to be an active actor today, and he just started appearing in 9-1-1: Lone Star in 2020.
