Julia Roberts experienced instant stardom in the acting scene ever since her breakthrough performance in the Pretty Woman movie. Being a successful actress meant she didn’t need to take out any kind of loan to buy a lavish penthouse in New York.
The apartment, which is in Greenwich Village, reportedly set her back around $3.9 million. It has three bedrooms and is about 2,000 square feet in size. She doesn’t own it anymore, and sources say she sold it for $5.35 million. Roberts is going to star in a new TV series called Gaslit.
