Bob Barker is the name akin to one of the longest-running shows on the TV, The Price is Right. The show aired from 1972 to 2007 after Barker retired from the show. It also holds the record of being the first-hour long game show. He gave thirty-five years of his career to the show as he was so loved by the audience.
Barker’s first marriage was to his high school love, Dorothy Jo Gideon, which lasted until her death due to cancer in 1981. They both began dating when they were fifteen, and it shows Barker’s long term commitment to everything he pours his heart to.
