Clint Eastwood and planes go back a long way! During his time as a US Army soldier, his flight crashed into the Pacific, en route to Almeda. The incident gave him a lot of perspective for his directorial venture ‘Sully,’ a film about the Hudson River crash. But it did not deter him from learning how to fly!
Soon after receiving his pilot license, Eastwood rushed to the Paris Air Show and got an Aérospatiale AStar helicopter. While the ‘Million Dollar Baby’ star values his privacy, he sure knows how to make an entrance!
