Jacqueline Bisset, 76 Years Old Today
Jacqueline is a 76-year-old British actor who rose to fame with her roles in The Detective and The Sweet Ride, which landed her a Golden Globe nomination. Bisset started her official film career with her film debut in Roman Polanski’s Cul-de-sac. She gained wide acclaim after landing a lead role in The Cape Town Affair in which she acted beside James Brolin. By 1978, she was a big shot.
She received the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her role as Lady Cremone in the BBC’s Dancing on the Edge. Though Jacqueline had her share of romantic encounters, she never got married.
