Shirley Jones could be recognized even by a blind person due to her magical voice. Her soulful performance in musical films like The Music Man and Carousel made her a well-known television personality. Jones is an American actress and singer who has been in the industry for more than six decades.
Besides, she also won an Academy Award for Supporting Role for playing the vengeful Lulu Bains in Elmer Gantry. Shirley got married to Marty Ingels, a popular actor, and comedian. Their relationship was the epitome of happiness up until Ingels’s death in 2015. As of now, Jones is quite active in the industry, with a couple of projects in her hand.
