Leann Rimes is known for her flat waist after her weight loss transformation with the right exercise and diet. She worked with her personal trainer Michael Jackson to hit the gym three to four times a week. Her fitness regime included warm-up and jump rope along with boxing exercises.

Some people accused her of eating disorders; however, she denied them and credited giving up unprocessed food.
