Ihren größten Erfolg feierte Alexandra Neldel als das Mauerblümchen Lisa Plenske in der Sat.1-Telenovela Verliebt in Berlin. Auch in der Filmsparte feierte sie Erfolge. Im Film “Die Wanderhure” im Jahr 2010 wurde sie von mehr als acht Millionen TV-Zuschauer gesehen. 2008 gewann sie für ihre Rolle in der Krimi-Serie “Unschuldig” den Bayerischen Fernsehpreis. Ihren letzten Auftritt hatte Neldel 2017 neben Moritz Bleibtreu im Film “Lommbock”.
