In 1982 Nicole, who was only 17 years old at the time, won the Eurovision Song Contest in Harrogate, England, as the first German representative, thanks to the song A Little Peace . An international hit title that was sold over five million times worldwide and won both platinum and gold.
In the ZDF hit parade, Nicole took first place seventeen times. She also made an appearance on Dalli Dalli. In the English charts reached first place with A Little Peace . She was the first German to succeed. After a long absence from show business, she went on tour again in early 2009 to present her new album “Mitten ins Herz”.
