Birgit Schrowange – Age 62
Birgit Schrowange, born in 1958, is one of the most famous presenters on German television. She had her first appearance in front of the camera in 1981 as the presenter of the school television program of the WDR. Afterwards she was a TV announcer on ZDF and also moderated the program Current Hour . In 1994 Schrowange switched to the private broadcaster RTL, where she hosted the very successful program Extra – Das RTL-Magazin until 2019 .
Between 1995 and 2004 she also hosted the program Life! – The desire to live . Various moderations and interviews with celebrities can be found on her résumé, as well as the publication of two autobiographies.
