Cheryl Tiegs, 70 Years Old Today
Cheryl Tiegs was only 17 when she first modeled for a bathing suit ad in Seventeen magazine. Tiegs is regarded as the first American supermodel and was reported to bag the biggest modeling contract in 1979. It was a 1.5 million-dollar deal with Cover Girl.
Cheryl, now 70, is also a fashion designer and has a net worth of $30 million. Moreover, she also made it to the list of 50 most beautiful women in the “People” magazine. Tiegs has had four marriages, all with high profile men from the industry. Her last marriage with Rod Stryker ended in 2001.
